Objectives
This is a Research project. It wants to evaluate the application of new technologies in pre- and post-harvest in order to improve the production quality of fodder used for animal feed in the livestock production sector the production performance and quality characteristics of the products derived from them, all aimed at the enhancement protection and safety of typical products of animal origin.
