Specialist support

The University of Naples Federico II with its Departments of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Production and the Department of Pharmacy supports the project activities in order to select beneficial microorganisms for the production of biostimulants as well as to implement a protocol for the production of microbial strains.

PROJECT OBJECTIVE.

Valorization of agro-industrial waste through the use of beneficial microorganisms to produce bio soil conditioners for use in agriculture to improve soil physical characteristics.

Expected Results.

• Recovery and valorization of agro-food wastes for obtaining biostimulants
• Development of a species-specific biostimulant preparation protocol
• Development of an application protocol for biostimulants
